Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our Atlanta, Georgia facility.

Rates and transit

Transit times are the carrier’s estimate and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier backlogs and address corrections can add a day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically the moment a shipping label is generated. If you have not received it within one business day of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Packaging

Lyophilised peptide is stable at room temperature in transit, so the standard pack is a rigid insulated mailer with a desiccant pack and tamper-evident seal. Cold-chain packaging with a gel pack is added at no charge for orders above 20 vials or when the forecast temperature at the destination exceeds 85°F.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once a label is generated. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will refund the product value less the outbound shipping cost.

Lost, delayed and damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace. If a parcel arrives with a broken seal or a damaged vial, photograph it before opening anything further and email us the images within 48 hours of delivery — we will replace it.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of research compounds is restricted. Orders placed to a restricted destination are cancelled and refunded in full.
