KLOW in Laboratory Research
KLOW is a four-component research blend that extends the GLOW formulation — GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 — with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH. It is prepared for study designs that examine matrix remodelling, cell migration and inflammatory signalling in parallel, without reconstituting and combining each peptide separately.
The four-way format gives research groups a single, consistently prepared vial when repair and inflammatory pathways are to be studied side by side.
Research Applications & Study Focus
Within the blend, GHK-Cu is associated with copper-dependent matrix signalling, BPC-157 with angiogenic pathways, and TB-500 with actin dynamics and cell migration; KPV adds a distinct line of inquiry into NF-kappaB signalling and pro-inflammatory cytokine regulation. The copper content gives the lyophilized powder a blue tint, which is expected and not a quality indicator.
Every component is assayed separately so investigators can attribute observed effects to a known, verified composition.
Purity, Handling & Verification
Each batch is supplied as a sealed, lyophilized vial and is independently analysed by a third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry; the full certificate of analysis is published against its lot number, so results can be verified before use. Every component is assayed separately, with all results reported on the batch certificate. Store the lyophilized material cool, dry and out of direct light, and reconstitute with bacteriostatic water under standard aseptic laboratory practice.
This material is offered strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
